Prosciutto and Melon

This is an "assembly" as opposed to a recipe.  Prosciutto and Melon is ubiquitous on menus in Italy.  A simple combination of fresh melon wrapped with paper thin slices of prosciutto typically served as an appetizer.

Ingredients

12 slices prosciutto (thin sliced)
12 slices cantaloupe 1/4" thick
flat leaf parsley for garnish


Instructions

Wrap prosciutto slices around each cantaloupe slice.  Garnish plate with sprigs of Italian (flat leaf) parsley.
