Prosciutto & Asiago Cheese Crostini Drizzled with White Truffle Honey

From Restaurant LuLu, San Francisco, California.  A simple appetizer made with ciabatta bread, Asiago cheese, prosciutto and white truffle honey.

Ingredients

12 pieces ciabatta or similar bread, cut into 1-slices
6 ounces thinly slices Asiago Cheese
12 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
4-6 ounces LuLu White Truffle Honey

Instructions

Toast bread in a 350° oven until golden brown, and about 4-5 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven for an additional minute to soften cheese. Place the crostini on a serving platter, layer with prosciutto slices and liberally drizzle with White Truffle Honey. Serve warm.
