Wonton Wrappers

Other names: wonton skins

Refers to a food wrap made from wheat-flour dough, eggs and starch that are formed into 3" square or circular thin sheets for making Chinese dumplings and eggrolls. They are available in Asian markets and in well-stocked supermarkets typically packaged as square and circle-shaped wrappers. Wonton wrappers can be stored in a refrigerator for approximately 1 week or for several months in a freezer.
