Sunflower oil

An oil expressed from sunflower seeds. Sunflower oil is high in vitamin E and low in saturated fats with its fat composition being a combination of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. The neutral flavor of this oil makes it a valuable oil for frying and general cooking use.
