Pumpkin pie spice


A spice mixture typically comprised of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. Available in the spice section of your grocery store, or simply make your own by combining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon cloves, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg.
