Poultry Seasoning


A commercially available seasoning mixture that typically includes thyme, sage, marjoram, rosemary, black pepper, and nutmeg. The seasoning is used for poultry seasoning and poultry stuffing.

Substitute for poultry seasoning

Make your own by combining equal amounts of the following dried herbs: rosemary, oregano, sage, ginger, marjoram, thyme.

Equivalents

1 oz.   =   1 tbsp. ground

Ingredients

Brand: Bell's Seasoning: A blend of rosemary, oregano, sage, ginger, marjoram, thyme and pepper.
