Persian cucumber


The Persian cucumber is similar to the common green garden cucumber. The fruit, about 4 to 5" long has a smooth exterior and the fruit is crunchy and sweet. This is considered to be a seedless and burpless cucumber which makes it perfect in salads, soups, and purees.

Available year round in most well-stocked grocery stores.
