Whole oat grains which have been cleaned, hulled and toasted. The grain is then used as a cereal or cooked and eaten as a grain or used in salads or stuffings.

For 1 cup substitute 1 cup rye berries OR 1 cup wheat berries OR 1 cup brown rice

UCSF Researchers say products with added sugar should be controlled just like alcohol or tobacco. They are advocating that the government take control of the situation because the citizens are unable to do so.
