Meat mallet


A device used for pounding and tenderizing meats. Meat mallets come in a variety of styles and materials with the most popular being metal. The end of the mallet maybe smooth or tipped. It is important to select a mallet that won't actual piece through the meat.
This is a common tool food in most kitchen stores.
