Grand Marnier

Other names: orange liqueur

Grand Marnier is an orange flavored liqueur. In addition to being an after-dinner drink it makes a very nice flavoring for a variety of dishes. Use it to flambe mandarin oranges or as an addition to custards such as creme brulee or pots de creme. See recipes.
