Graham cracker crumbs

Graham cracker crumbs are made from crushed graham crackers. The crumbs can be purchased in most grocery stores. You can also purchase graham crackers, break the crackers into pieces and place in a food processor and pulse on and off until the crumbs are uniformly crushed.

Substitute for graham cracker crumbs

Crush whole graham crackers (see equivalents) OR Crushed chocolate wafers OR Crushed vanilla wafers


12 to 14 squares   =   1 cup crumbs
16oz box = 33 crackers (2 1/2" x 5" each)
1 1/2 cups finely crushed =27 cookies
