A Persian frozen dessert that combines a sorbet flavored with rose water and combined with thin strands of rice flour noodles. This is an ancient dessert dating back to 400 BCE. We first tried this dessert at a local Nowruz festival. We were given lemon juice to pour over the mixture and found the texture of the "noodles" an intriguing contrast to the icy sorbet.
