Cambozola cheese


This cheese is from Bavaria, near the Bavarian Alps.  The factory-made  cheese is quite popular in the U.S. and is a combination of Brie and Gorgonzola. See pairings below.  

The name Cambozola is the registered trademark of Kaserei Champignon Hofmeister GmbH&Co. KG.  Use of the word Cambozola on your website or blog, without the trademark symbol is strictly prohibited.
