Substitute for bourbon

Bourbon extract | For 1 tbsp bourbon substitute 1 tbsp vanilla extract plus 2 tbsp water. Non-alcoholic vanilla extract. Sparkling apple cider, sparkling cranberry juice - or sparkling grape juice.
