Boldo leaves

Spanish name: Hojas de boldo

Originally from Chile, boldo leaves are sometimes used in Mexico for making tea. The spicy, slightly bitter leaf can be used in place of bay leaf in most savory dishes. Boldo leaves can also be used as a substitute for Indian Bay leaves.
