Argan oil


Oil produced from the nut of the argan tree (Argania spinosa), which grows in south-west Morocco. The oil which is rich in natural vitamin E is used for dipping bread, for salad dressings or for cooking. The unprocessed oil also has cosmetic uses. Look for Argan oil at health food stores, gourmet shops or online.
