Ardrahan cheese

Ardrahan is a glorious washed-rind, semi-soft cheese from the south of Ireland. It has a creamy, nutty palate similar to a Swiss Appenzeller. Ardrahan is made exlcusively on the Burns family farm in Duhallow - a County Cork town reputed for its clean environment and rich pastures. Ardrahan has won sevral awards, with judges repeatedly finding it a complex, flavorful, zesty cheese, and we concur. Provided by igourmet.com
