Aperol


Aperol is a low-alcohol (11%) aperitif from Italy with an orange flavor. The ingredients include bitter orange, rhubarb, chinchona, genziana and a secret combination of herbs. Use simply over ice or in a variety of mixed drinks. See recipes.
