Other names: garlic mayonaise

Pronounced ay-OH-lee, i-OH-lee] this is a light mayonnaise style sauce laden with fresh garlic. Used atop vegetables or fish. A wonderful accompaniment to simple crudités. Aoili is a traditional French sauce.
