Aguas frescas

Spanish name: Aguas frescas

Aguas frescas are simple beverages made from fresh fruit, water and sugar.  It is traditional in Mexico to have large glass jars filled with several types including cantaloupe, watermelon, strawberry, horchata, and papaya. The display is beautiful and the drinks are natural and flavorful.
