A tropical fruit from Jamaica that looks like "brains" and is also referred to as "vegetable brains". This fruit is frequently served with salt code. Only the yellow ripe pulp portion of the fruit is edible. Unripe fruit and other parts of the fruit can be deadly if eaten.
