Icing On The Cake is our popular local bakery. They provide excellent cakes, cookies and pies and they have the best carrot cake
around. The bakery offers wedding cake tastings, by appointment, Monday - Saturday. In addition to baked goods the shop features cake stands, cards, and small gifts.
FYI If you love peanut butter, their peanut nutter cookies are terrific! I had to buy and eat this one just so you could see it ehem.. The cookie is made up of 2 little pieces of short bread with oats and peanuts. The filling is peanut butter, crunchy peanuts and .. a secret ingredient or 2 I'm sure. Just a peanut butter lovers dream. We don't know if this is the same recipe peanut nutter recipe but I think it is close. Give it a try.
