Cooked Turkey Storage Basics

According the National Turkey Federation you can store your left over tukey for:
3-4 days refrigerated
3 to 4 months in  freezer at 0 (zero) degrees. 

The turkey meat should be cared from the turkey and all stuffing removed before refrigerating or storing.  It is best to store the turkey meat and stuffing in shallow containers so it can cool quickly.  This should be done within 2 hours of cooking.

Store Turkey Gravy And Stuffing

Turkey Gravy
Your leftover turkey gravy should be refrigerated and with 2 days or frozen immediately.

 

Leftover Stuffing
Leftover cooked stuffing should be used within 1 to 2 days or can be frozen and used within 2-3 months.  Place stuffing in "serving size" containers and thaw only what you will use because it should not be refrozen once thawed.
